What type of work do you undertake?

We have experience in all areas of work and deliver projects from building a garage or block paving a driveway to extensions and full refurbishments. We special in 'Projects' being a one stop shop for whatever you require- for example a whole new extension constructed, kitchen fully installed, tiles floored and heating added. We can do it all!

Do you have your own tradesmen ?

Our Team have experience in many aspects of building and have great tradesmen around them that includes Gas Safe plumbers and fully certified electricians We have a handful of craftsmen that we call upon on a regular basis for any specialist issues that we cannot handle and we have confidence that their work meets our exacting standards.

Can I get references for your work ?

We are proud of our work, and many clients are proud of the projects that we have helped them realise. When we meet with you to discuss your project we can refer to previous similar projects and where appropriate put you in touch with those clients to get honest feedback.

Are you insured ?

We have our own insurance policy through Axa to include Public Liability and a copy can be made available upon request

How do I discuss a project with you ?

Customers contact us at various points within their deisgn. You may be starting to think about options and need some guidance, or be further down the line and have plans already drawn. If you have anything for us to review then please email it to us, with your contact details and we'll give you a call to discuss your requirements. If not, then please give us a call on 0191 232 3047 (office hours)and we'll happily start the conversation from there and arrange to visit your home. An email is always best as we are usually on site but do try the phone if you prefer

How do I pay for my project ?

For projects where the estimated cost is less than £2000 then we ask for payment on completion. Where the cost is expected to be between £2000 and £5000 then 50% of the amount is payable after a completed week of work, with the balance due on completion. Larger projects, over £5000 , have the project cost split over the duration of the project, with amounts payable on a weekly basis and a final payment upon completion of snagging to your satisfaction.
