Neil Hart

Neil is a key member of the team and is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and brings a wealth of knowledge around the property industry. Neil is available to discuss your project with you, troubleshoot or simply enhance your ideas and oversee the project to ensure your ideas are realised.

Ritchie Wharton

Ritchie is a Director with 24 years of experience in the construction industry.

On a day to day basis, Ritchie acts as site manager, project manager and contracts manager for various projects as well as liaising with clients and managing the health and safety of the staff and on site at each of the projects.

Ritchie visits properties and discusses individual requirements before providing a quotation for the work Anwood can undertake and also the work that is sub-contracted out, ensuring that the client receives the best possible price and service.

Shaun Lyall

Shaun is Foreman Joiner and is responsible for managing his team and ensuring that work is completed the highest of standards. Shaun is an experienced team member and works on both commercial and residential projects.

Leon Watson

Leon has been in the construction industry for many years and has completed a diploma in Level’s 1 and 2 and a Level 2 NVQ, both in Carpentry and Joinery to support his career. Leon has completed courses in asbestos awareness, abrasive wheels and working at a height and is experienced in both residential and commercial projects with works that include fitting kitchens, skirting, doors, door frames, flooring, suspended ceilings, partition walls and various roof works.

Dale Wilkinson

Dale is an experienced plasterer with a Level 2 NVQ in External Wall Insulation Render System. Dale has experience and knowledge in residential and commercial projects and has undertaken projects which include plastering and dry lining, re-pointing, gutters and facias, brickwork and concrete works. Dale has completed courses in asbestos awareness and working at heights.

Jay

Jay is our Apprentice who is training to become a Joiner. Jay attends college one day a week and is on site gaining experience for the rest of the time.
